Armenia authorises Meta-X Markets for eight crypto-asset services
By Resolution 239-A of 8 September 2026, the Central Bank of Armenia granted Meta-X Markets permission to provide specified crypto-asset services. The regulator’s official page is also dated 8 September.
The eight categories cover custody, own-account and customer-account buying and selling, reception and transmission of orders, placement, portfolio management, advice and transfers. The authorisation therefore sets out a defined service scope.
Entry into force is linked to receipt or delivery of the resolution to the company; the actual date is not stated. Market participants assessing an operator’s authorisation should consider the services specifically listed. This is an Armenian national authorisation and does not itself establish access to other EAEU markets.
