EAEU: Belarus, Kazakhstan and Russia appear in Bitget's prohibited jurisdictions list
The English version of Bitget's Terms of Use, updated on 16 October 2026, lists Belarus, Kazakhstan and Russia as prohibited jurisdictions. Eligibility excludes Restricted Persons, a definition covering residence, establishment or operations in those countries.
These are one platform's terms. They do not constitute a common EAEU prohibition on digital asset transactions. Nor does the general document set an individual withdrawal deadline for every customer. For market participants, the development is relevant when assessing dependence on external infrastructure: the application of contractual terms, account notifications and the availability of particular functions need to be checked separately.
