Kazakhstan: AFSA reports court injunctions against six unlicensed crypto platforms

On 20 October 2026, AFSA announced injunctions against the operators of BingX, Bitcoin.com, Huobi Global (HTX), BitMart, Coinbase and WEEX. The AIFC Court’s 15 September decision concerns providing, offering or advertising digital asset services within the AIFC without the appropriate licence, and related mobile applications.
