Kyrgyzstan: central banks agree to explore cross-border QR payments

On 28 October, the NBKR reported outcomes of the central bank meeting in Dushanbe on 22–23 October. A signed protocol provides for a five-country working group to examine cross-border QR payments and instant payment system interoperability.
